Reservation / Price
- Can additional dishes be served on the day?
- Some items, such as sashimi platter, can be ordered on the day.
As for the specialty "Ishiyaki cuisine", we cannot respond to orders on the day because it is necessary to bake stones at high temperature for a long time.
Please apply at the time of booking in advance. - Check-in / check-out time
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Please contact us if you check in after 6:00 p.m. as we may be preparing dinner. - Can I use credit cards, electronic money, smartphone payments, etc.?
- In addition to credit cards of major brands, Suica, nanaco, Rakuten ad, ID, QUICPay, J debit, NFC pay, and WAON can be used.
QR / bar code payment (smartphone payment) is currently only available for PayPay. - About cancellation fee
- A cancellation fee will be charged from 7 days before the date of stay. Cancellation fee 7-4 days before is 10% of the accommodation fee, cancellation fee 3-2 days before is 30% of the accommodation fee, cancellation fee of the previous day is 50% of the accommodation fee, cancellation fee of the day is 100% of the accommodation fee It has become.

- Children under elementary school age are 50% of the adult fee, and meals are for children's lunch.
Elementary school students are 70% of the adult fee, and meals are arranged for children with adult dishes.
Adults are charged for junior high school students and above. However, even elementary school students can consult with us about lower grades and small meals.
Infants are free, but if you need a futon or a meal, we will charge an additional fee.

Facilities
- Can you see the sea from your room?
- All guest rooms face the sea side, and the sea of trees spreads out in the foreground, and you can see the Sea of Japan behind it. However, it may not be visible depending on the number of floors and the weather.
- Can you see the sunset from your room?
- From Oga Onsenkyo, you can't see the setting sun in the direction of the sea. About 10 minutes by car from the hotel, there is Cape Nyudozaki, the highlight of the setting sun, which represents Oga. (There is a sunset viewing bus "Kando Yuhigo" from Oga Onsenkyo. Please see Transportation Access for details).
- Is it okay to use a wheelchair?
- The hotel is a silver star registration facility for wheelchairs and the elderly. There is a slope at the entrance, and there is no step to the lobby / large communal bath. The steps in the large communal bath are suppressed as much as possible, and handrails are also provided. Wheelchair-only toilets are also available. - Do you have hot springs 24 hours a day?
- The hot springs are replaced and cleaned every day at the hotel, and you cannot take a bath during the daytime work hours. Please see the hot springs for details.
- About one-day bathing

Service in general
- Is there a pick-up service?
- Our group's shuttle bus runs from JR Oga Station (nearest). See Transportation Access for details.
- About breakfast time

- Can I eat in the room?
- We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not support room meals as we will lay out futons in the room. Please enjoy at the dining venue.
- If I arrive late, by what time can I eat?
- We will respond until around 20:00 when the meal starts. If you arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you until the last minute.
- About rental listing
- At the front desk, we have shogi, go, Othello, Trump, mahjong, hair dryer, iron, nail clippers, sewing kit, trouser press, wheelchair, etc. (The number is limited, so please tell us as soon as possible).
- Handling of valuables
- The rooms are equipped with a safe that can be used free of charge. There is also a locker (100 yen return type) in the large communal bath. You can also keep it at the front desk.
- Do you handle courier services?
- Please feel free to contact us as it is available at our shop.

- Is it close to the sea?
- There is a small fishing port about 10 minutes on foot. Please take a walk.
- Is there a convenience store nearby?
- Not near the hotel. There is a liquor store 2 minutes on foot (it takes about 20 minutes by car to the nearest convenience store). Juice / alcohol, snacks, sweets, household goods, etc. are available and are usually open until around 10 pm, so please use them.
