Price, Fee
- Can I order option dishes on the day?
- Some items, such as sashimi platters, can be ordered on the day.
We cannot accept orders for our famous Ishiyaki cuisine on the day of the event because the stones need to be baked at high temperatures for a long time.
Please request in advance when making a reservation. - Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 10:00 a.m.
Please let us know if you will be checking in after 6:00 pm so that we can prepare dinner. - Can I use credit cards, electronic money, or smart phone payments?
- In addition to major brands of credit cards, Suica, nanaco, Rakuten Edy, ID, QUICPay, J-Debit, NFC Pay, and WAON are accepted.
QR/barcode payment (smartphone payment) is currently available only through PayPay. - Cancellation Fee
- Cancellation fee will be charged 10 days prior to the date of stay: 10% of the room charge for cancellations made 10-4 days prior to the date of stay, 30% of the room charge for cancellations made 3-2 days prior to the date of stay, 50% of the room charge for cancellations made the day before the date of stay, and 100% of the room charge for cancellations made on the day of stay.

- For children under elementary school age, the fee is 50% of the adult rate, and the meal is in the form of a children's dish.
Elementary school students are charged 70% of the adult rate, and meals are arranged from adult dishes for children.
Junior high school students and above are charged at the adult rate. However, we are happy to consult with elementary school students who are in lower grades or have smaller appetites.
Infants are free of charge, but if they require bedding or meals, an additional fee will be charged.

Facilities
- Can I see the ocean from my room?
- All guest rooms face the ocean, with a view of the Sea of Trees in the foreground and the Sea of Japan in the background. However, the view may be obscured by the number of floors or weather conditions.
- Can I see the sunset from my room?
- From Oga Onsen Village, you cannot see the sunset over the sea, but about 10 minutes by car from the hotel is Cape Nyudozaki, one of Oga's most famous sunset viewing spots (the Sunset-viewing bus ""Kando-no-Yuhi-go"" runs from Oga Onsen Village. For more details, please see Access.)
- Is it wheelchair accessible?
- The hotel is registered as a Silver Star facility for wheelchair and elderly guests. There is a slope at the entrance, and there are no steps from the lobby to the large bathroom. There are no steps in the lobby and bathrooms, and the bathrooms are equipped with handrails. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are also available. - Can I use the onsen 24 hours a day?
- The onsen is changed and cleaned daily, so bathing is not possible during daytime hours. Please see Onsen for details.
- Day trip bathing
- Currently, we are not accepting applications to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. For more information, please see Onsen > Day Trip Bathing.
- Is the onsen non-circulated?

Overall Service
- Is there a shuttle service?
- Our group's shuttle bus runs from JR Oga Station (the nearest station). For more details, please see Transportation Access.
- About breakfast time
- For details, please see Dining > Breakfast.
- Can I eat in my room?
- We are sorry, but we cannot provide in-room meals as we have to lay out futons in your room. Please enjoy your meal at the dining room.
- If I arrive late, until what time can I eat?
- We will be able to provide meals until 8:00pm. If you will be arriving late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you until the very last minute.
- About lending items
- Shogi, Igo, Othello, playing cards, mah-jongg, hair dryer, iron, nail clippers, sewing kit, trouser press, wheelchair, etc. are available at the reception.
- Handling of valuables
- A safe is provided in your room for free use. There is also a locker (100 yen return type) in the main bathroom. You can also leave your belongings at the reception.
- Do you offer parcel delivery service?
- Please feel free to ask at the hotel's kiosk.

Other
- How far is it to the ocean?
- There is a small fishing port about a 10-minute walk away. A walk is nice always.
- Are there any convenience stores nearby?
- There is not one near the hotel. There is a liquor store 2 minutes walk from the hotel (the nearest convenience store is about 20 minutes away by car). The liquor store is usually open until almost 10:00 p.m. and has a variety of items including juice, alcohol, snacks, sweets, and household goods.
